PRAYER AND FASTING

Fasting and praying is a must for a dynamic Christian life style.  On Thursdays OPEN FOR LIFE CHURCH fast from 6: am to 1:pm as we go about our chores.  We congregate for prayers  6:pm to 7:pm (EST time zone) at OPEN FOR LIFE CHURCH location: 14 Marsh Lane, Ajax, Ontario Canada.
